Final value fee for a US seller without a Store subscription. Handles the tiered rates, the per-order fee, and the categories that do not behave like the rest.
Two things here are wrong in most other calculators.
eBay's fee page uses two different sentence forms and they mean different things:

On a $10,000 bullion sale the difference is $320: the whole-amount rule gives $700.00, while treating it as portions would give $1,078.75.
Men's and women's athletic shoes sold at $150 or more are charged 8% with no per-order fee. Below $150 they fall back to the standard 13.6% plus the per-order fee.

A per-order fee is charged once per order on top of the percentage: $0.30 when the order total is $10.00 or less, $0.40 above that.
